For the past 8 years, it has been my privilege to provide you with outstanding overnight boarding and quality day care for your cherished pet.

I have strived hard to maintain the high standards of cleanliness, safety, and fun for your pet that you have come to expect and trust throughout out the years.

As always, I have made every effort to provide you with this level of care without a noticeable change in pricing. In fact, all rates have remained unchanged since I began.

However, due to the current state of the economy with rising energy costs, and overall reduction in leisure spending, it has become necessary to institute a price change so that I may continue providing you with outstanding level of care you have experienced.

Effective January 1, 2009, the following pricing took effect:

STANDARD RATES

Standard Suite - $30.00 per night

Deluxe Suite - $35.00 per night

Crate - $25.00 per night

STANDARD RATES – SHARED SITES

Standard Suite - $45.00 per night

Deluxe Suite - $52.50

2009 PRIME – HOLIDAY NIGHTS: 2 NIGHTS MINIMUM

September 4 - 7 | November 26 - 29 | Dec. 24 – Jan. 3, 2010

PRIME HOLIDAY RATES

Standard Suite - $35.00 per night

Deluxe Suite - 40.00 per night

Crate - 28.00 per night

PRIME HOLIDAY RATES - SHARED SUITES

Standard Suite - $52.50

Deluxe Suite - $60.00

As you can see, these changes are minimal but are reflective enough to ensure I can continue to remain operational and provide you and your pet the level of care you expect.

I also plan to offer some exciting new services including report cards, digital pictures of your pet’s stay, a treadmill, to name a few. I look forward to continuing to service all of your special needs and concerns.

Effective September 1, 2009, the following pricing and rules will take effect:

Additional Charges & Policy

Webcams (Full Stay Only – No alternating days)…………………….………...……………$3.00 per night

Medications/Injections/Ear Drops/Eye Drops ………………………………….……………. $1.50 per dose

Drop offs or Pickups between 7 AM & 9 AM or 8 PM & 9:30 PM..…………………………$15.00

Less than 24 hour notice for Extended Stay……………...…………………………………..$20.00 + additional nights

Early Pickups:

Picking up earlier than reserved departure date, the full time reserved will be charged.

Extended Stays:

More than 2 week stays must leave a 50% deposit of entire booking.

Soiled Bedding:

Any bedding or toys that get soiled from your pet, will only be washed once and then held until departure.

Vaccinations:

If your pet is not fully vaccinated with current vaccinations, they will be turned away. NO EXCEPTIONS!

NYS required shots: Rabies, Parvo, Distemper, and Bordatella (Kennel Cough).

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that your travel plans may change. You can cancel your reservation for up until 5 days prior to your reserved arrival date. If you decide to cancel your reservation anytime between the 5 days prior to your pets scheduled arrival, K9 CLUBHOUSE requires payment for the first night's stay. You will be charged for the first night's stay including taxes, except during Prime & Holiday dates, where you will be charged for one Prime & Holiday night.
